GENERAL INFORMATION
We sincerely hope
that your visit is both relaxing and enjoyable. In order to make your stay
more pleasurable; we have listed general information that should be helpful
to you.
1.
Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9AM
to 4PM, Saturday 3:30PM to 6PM and Sunday we are closed. The phone number
for the office is 843-842-2201. The emergency phone numbers are
843-247-1949 and 843-247-1950. Check-in time is 4PM on
Saturday. A security deposit must be placed by Credit Card
imprint for all Guests, Renters, and RCI exchanges.
2.
Check-out time is 10AM on Saturday. If you are leaving prior to Saturday,
please advise the office.
3.
NO PETS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE
KINGSTON COVE PROPERTY!
A fine of $150 will be charged plus the costs of cleaning the unit.
4. MAXIMUM
OCCUPANCY AT KINGSTON COVE IS 8 PERSONS. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!
5.
Linens & towels (8 sets) are provided for each villa. Every villa is
equipped with a washer/dryer for your convenience if towels are to be
laundered. Please bring your own
pool/beach towels. Please do not take our linens, towels or blankets out of
the units.
6.
Each villa is supplied with a "starter kit." This consists of 1 roll of
paper towels, 4 packets of dishwasher soap, 1 SOS pad, 1 small bottle of
dish detergent, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bath, 2 bars of soap per bath, 1
trash liner per can, and 1 small box of kleenex tissue per bath. When this
supply is exhausted, it is up to the guest to replenish on your own, or you
may purchase another "starter kit" for $12. from the office.
7.
Bikes can be rented from Riding Tigers, 843-686-6068 or 1-888-371-7115.

There are two gas grills located on the
property for your use.
9.
Your unit telephone will allow you to make local calls for free. You can
activate your phone with a credit card if you wish to make long distance
phone calls. Your telephone is equipped with a voicemail system.
